Wild Ireland: Past, Present, Future
A temporary exhibition featuring over 50 paintings by renowned wildlife painter, Julian Friers
Free to visitMake model birds in this creative session, inspired by our 'The Enemy is Time' and 'Wild Ireland: Past, Present and Future' exhibitions
Two of our current exhibitions, The Enemy Is Time and Wild Ireland: Past, Present, Future, explore the dangers of species extinctions, migration and the climate emergency in terms of Irish flora and fauna.
Both exhibitions feature birds, including Patrick Goddard's Blue Sky Thinking, which consists of 180 ring-necked parakeets (with 90 currently on display in The Enemy Is Time exhibition) that were carved in clay and then cast from lead recycled from London roofs.
This is a free, drop-in, family-friendly event using dry materials in the Wild Ireland: Past, Present, Future exhibition. No booking needed!
